Delilah is the Steam Powered Giraffe that gave the band its name. She was built in 1896 along with the other automatons to take on Thadeus Becile's copper elephants in the Weekend War.
Official confirmation of her name can be found on page 13 of the comic, where she is listed as "Delilah the Giraffe" in the character tags.
